Delivery Options

Items are dispatched on reciept of your order, in the unfortunate event an item is out of stock you will receive a full refund for this order.

You will be able to select your delivery method at the checkout.
The full list of location we ship parcels to will be available to see at checkout.

UK Delivery Options:
Standard UK Delivery – £3.95
3-5 working days

Next Day Delivery – £9.00 GMT Monday to Thursday for delivery the next working day.  Orders made after 14:00 GMT Thursday and before Sunday 14:00 GMT will be delivered on Monday using this service.

Any orders placed after 4pm will be processed the next working day.

International Delivery Options:
International Standard Delivery – £11.95
Allow up to 7 working days.

Full postage price is paid on checkout so the customer will not need to pay any additional fee when receiving the parcel neither for UK or International deliveries.

The customer is fully responsible for setting the correct delivery address and any items size, colour or any other specifications. Shoobyloo is not responsible for delays in delivery due to wrong address.

Returns

You may return your item/s back to us within 14 days of receipt for a refund provided it is in its original, unused condition and tried on indoors. The customer is entirely responsible for the returns postage cost and we advise you to use recorded service, as we are not liable for goods lost or damaged in transit back to us. We will issue a full refund excluding the original delivery charge or exchange the item for a different size/colour if requested. Please note returns take up to 7 working days to process.

Please note that any unwanted items must be returned to Shoobyloo in a saleable condition.

Please note!
Prior to posting returns we need the customer to email info@shoobyloo.com and include the following information:
Name, Address, Telephone Number, Email, Order Number, Item Style Number.
Also if the customer desires a refund or exchange, include the reason for return.
